Once we have received your order it normally takes us approximately 3 to 10 days to hand make your lighting. We will then dispatch via DELSOL, Royal Mail or ParcelForce.

If the timescale for dispatch is any different to this we will always communicate with you, and do please note that every shade is made to order just for you!
